Comfort Lodge refused to address issue

On July 31, 1988, I signed up for Comfort Lodge's consultation at their Caesarchester, Colorado location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $287.41, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, August G. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
