On February 25, 1996, I signed up for Wealth Services's repair service at their Susannaland, West Virginia location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $106.73, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Abner H. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

May 13, 2025 05:36Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $413.62 refund only covers part of what I paid for the consultation service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
