On March 2, 1979, I signed up for Wealth Services's technical assistance at their Hildaview, West Virginia location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $364.99, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Albina W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from Wealth Services called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
