I have been a loyal customer of Grand Resort for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered service (order #ORD-2582-WKA-1246) on November 7, 2008, and have encountered doesn't work as advertised. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

May 08, 2025 05:48Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $366.96 refund only covers part of what I paid for the customer support plan, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
