I want to report a serious concern with Grand Resort's appliance that I purchased on May 9, 2008 from your New Alena, Michigan store. The product has experienced frequent disconnections despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Joanny Y., but my issue remains unresolved.
