I have been a loyal customer of Stay at Golden for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered package (order #ORD-7435-EDV-8556) on March 10, 1989, and have encountered couldn't access my account. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
