I'm writing to complain about the troubleshooting service I received from Advanced Construction Enterprises. After paying $288.85 for tool, I found that it was promised features that don't exist. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Reta A., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.
