I have been a loyal customer of ExcelFinancial Bari LLC for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered membership (order #ORD-3430-TNZ-3027) on May 7, 2010, and have encountered couldn't access my account. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
