I have been a loyal customer of ExcelFinancial Bari LLC for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered device (order #ORD-2446-WHE-6992) on January 28, 2025, and have encountered is missing essential components. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

May 04, 2025 05:34I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The laptop from ExcelFinancial Bari LLC not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
