On September 11, 2022, I signed up for Stay Resorts Busan's support package at their Port Vincenzoside, Wisconsin location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $24.47, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Marta I. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

After speaking with Alex Lewis from the Consumer Affairs at Stay Resorts Busan, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
