I purchased a tool from Stay Resorts Busan on November 2, 2023. Shortly after using it, I experienced was promised features that don't exist. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Queen J. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
