I want to report a serious concern with Royal Palace LLC's service that I purchased on April 28, 1980 from your Port Preciousfort, Missouri store. The product has experienced frequent disconnections despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Maxime E., but my issue remains unresolved.
