I am writing regarding order #ORD-2444-FKF-3112 placed with Precision Products Enterprises on June 25, 1989. I paid $963.96 for solution, but when it arrived, I discovered faced system outages. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Orval J. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I want to acknowledge that Precision Products Enterprises has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $83.46 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $83.46 for a smartphone that never worked properly.
