I am writing regarding order #ORD-3503-CUX-7209 placed with Precision Products Enterprises on March 11, 1973. I paid $243.93 for gadget, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Carlotta J. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
