I purchased a plan from Precision Products Enterprises on February 1, 2023. Shortly after using it, I experienced encountered rude staff. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Jayde J. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
