I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Mercedes P., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

I appreciate Master-Machine Inc. reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement wireless speaker has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
