I want to report a serious concern with Master-Machine Inc.'s platform that I purchased on October 23, 1975 from your East Jabari, Oregon store. The product has experienced frequent disconnections despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Nash H., but my issue remains unresolved.

May 26, 2025 05:24Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $483.73 refund only covers part of what I paid for the expedited shipping, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
