I purchased a device from Elite Contractors Group on April 10, 2022. Shortly after using it, I experienced was damaged upon delivery. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Vanessa D. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

After my initial complaint, Elite Contractors Group contacted me to troubleshoot the gaming console. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
