I am writing regarding order #ORD-8987-RUP-3664 placed with Elite Contractors Group on June 3, 1973. I paid $898.94 for software, but when it arrived, I discovered found unauthorized charges. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Moses Z. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 02, 2025 06:02I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The camera from Elite Contractors Group not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
