I want to report a serious concern with Allied & Consultants Bangkok's account that I purchased on July 19, 1973 from your Swiftville, Utah store. The product has is not compatible as claimed despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Winfield V., but my issue remains unresolved.

I've received an email from Joseph Smith at Allied & Consultants Bangkok offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The camera was clearly defective from the start.
