On April 8, 2019, I signed up for Allied & Consultants Bangkok's upgrade service at their Homenickshire, New York location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $480.78, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Dario I. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

May 26, 2025 05:49I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Allied & Consultants Bangkok has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their extended warranty.
