I purchased a tool from Hotel Getaways on July 7, 1971. Shortly after using it, I experienced encountered rude staff. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Thaddeus L. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Hotel Getaways has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their professional setup.
