On January 15, 2015, I signed up for Structures Group Newcastle's repair service at their South Adahtown, Louisiana location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $640.14, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Ada Z. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
