I am writing regarding order #ORD-8954-BCB-5676 placed with Excel & Holdings on May 15, 1998. I paid $677.61 for system, but when it arrived, I discovered arrived significantly late. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Bailee J. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 11, 2025 06:02After speaking with Michael Thompson from the Customer Retention at Excel & Holdings, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
