Refund refused by First Invest

I purchased a appliance from First Invest on February 1, 2010. Shortly after using it, I experienced had repeated billing errors. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Oswald X. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

May 08, 2025 05:13I've received an email from John Allen at First Invest offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The gaming console was clearly defective from the start.
