I want to report a serious concern with Accommodations at Silver's item that I purchased on August 8, 2000 from your West Elainaland, Wyoming store. The product has doesn't work as advertised despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Twila C., but my issue remains unresolved.

It's now been 6 days since my initial complaint, and Accommodations at Silver still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their customization service.
