I am writing regarding order #ORD-1140-LCV-2448 placed with Accommodations at Silver on January 5, 2000. I paid $785.69 for plan, but when it arrived, I discovered faced system outages. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Dock R. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
