I am writing regarding order #ORD-5060-ZZN-6058 placed with Accommodations at Silver on May 2, 1987. I paid $103.96 for gadget, but when it arrived, I discovered discovered hidden fees. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Marielle C. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
