Complaint Details

I have been a loyal customer of Dynamic Components Enterprises for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered gadget (order #ORD-9930-YJO-4403) on August 5, 2015, and have encountered is not compatible as claimed. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Dynamic Components Enterprises has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their customer support plan.
