I have been a loyal customer of Advanced Machine Inc Ajman for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered tool (order #ORD-6393-CDD-3037) on June 21, 2021, and have encountered was denied a refund. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
