I have been a loyal customer of Resort Getaways Holdings for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered unit (order #ORD-5775-TJB-3891) on February 8, 2019, and have encountered stopped working after two weeks. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I want to acknowledge that Resort Getaways Holdings has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $425.80 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $425.80 for a winter coat that never worked properly.
