I'm writing to complain about the delivery service I received from Resort Getaways Holdings. After paying $350.54 for equipment, I found that it arrived significantly late. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Urban V., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $407.20 refund only covers part of what I paid for the extended warranty, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
