I want to report a serious concern with Resort Getaways Holdings's membership that I purchased on January 31, 1980 from your West Marianna, Delaware store. The product has was damaged upon delivery despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Marty Y., but my issue remains unresolved.

I've received an email from Michael Martinez at Resort Getaways Holdings offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The jeans was clearly defective from the start.
