Unresolved issue with Silver Oasis Properties product

On August 8, 2019, I signed up for Silver Oasis Properties's maintenance program at their Port Isobel, Iowa location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $31.62, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Hilma G. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
