I have been a loyal customer of Silver Oasis Properties for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered gadget (order #ORD-9409-QOW-3980) on May 25, 1976, and have encountered stopped working after two weeks. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I've received an email from James Williams at Silver Oasis Properties offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The athletic shoes was clearly defective from the start.
