I have been a loyal customer of Global Industries for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered solution (order #ORD-3417-IFH-3633) on July 18, 1992, and have encountered experienced long delays. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

After my initial complaint, Global Industries contacted me to troubleshoot the camera. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
