On October 27, 1991, I signed up for Global Industries's repair service at their Chazshire, Nevada location. I was told that the service would include software, but after paying $780.19, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Frederik S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from Global Industries called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
