Design Associates refused to address issue

I have been a loyal customer of Design Associates for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered device (order #ORD-9766-BTC-7095) on February 28, 1995, and have encountered arrived significantly late. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
