Frustrated with Golden Palace Properties's lack of response

I want to report a serious concern with Golden Palace Properties's unit that I purchased on April 4, 2025 from your Bridiebury, North Carolina store. The product has couldn't access my account despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Vivien F., but my issue remains unresolved.

May 24, 2025 05:22Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $464.94 refund only covers part of what I paid for the customization service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
