I'm writing to complain about the customer support I received from Golden Palace Properties. After paying $679.29 for membership, I found that it stopped working after two weeks. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Judson M., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

May 05, 2025 05:28Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $431.59 refund only covers part of what I paid for the technical support package, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
