On January 30, 2003, I signed up for Modern Projects Inc Corp.'s repair service at their Ferrystad, Michigan location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $890.89, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Archibald R. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
