I purchased a plan from Mansion at Elite on July 7, 2011. Shortly after using it, I experienced had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Annie D. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

It's now been 8 days since my initial complaint, and Mansion at Elite still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their design service.
