False promises made by Mansion at Elite representative

I want to report a serious concern with Mansion at Elite's device that I purchased on December 11, 1981 from your Port Doylestad, Nevada store. The product has had my warranty claim denied unfairly despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Cicero Y., but my issue remains unresolved.
