I purchased a tool from Mansion at Elite on May 20, 2022. Shortly after using it, I experienced stopped working after two weeks. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Rozella Z. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
