I want to report a serious concern with Superior-Factories Corp.'s platform that I purchased on February 15, 1975 from your Aufderharfort, Alaska store. The product has stopped working after two weeks despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Charlene L., but my issue remains unresolved.
