I am writing regarding order #ORD-2941-UZB-2729 placed with Superior-Factories Corp. on October 3, 1977. I paid $386.60 for software, but when it arrived, I discovered discovered hidden fees. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Rhoda M. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from Superior-Factories Corp. called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
