I want to report a serious concern with Superior-Factories Corp.'s product that I purchased on March 6, 1975 from your Danielleview, Hawaii store. The product has is missing essential components despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Ewald N., but my issue remains unresolved.

After my initial complaint, Superior-Factories Corp. contacted me to troubleshoot the camera. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
