Modern-Structures refused to address issue

On December 25, 2021, I signed up for Modern-Structures's setup assistance at their South Isac, District of Columbia location. I was told that the service would include platform, but after paying $944.40, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Alberto S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
