The Tranquil Lodge Group provided defective product

I want to report a serious concern with The Tranquil Lodge Group's application that I purchased on December 21, 1993 from your Jaydeberg, Louisiana store. The product has was promised features that don't exist despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Oran R., but my issue remains unresolved.

May 13, 2025 05:45I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The winter coat from The Tranquil Lodge Group not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
