I am writing regarding order #ORD-2649-HHN-2448 placed with The Tranquil Lodge Group on August 2, 2020. I paid $40.21 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered couldn't access my account. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Ettie T. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I want to acknowledge that The Tranquil Lodge Group has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $18.25 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $18.25 for a jacket that never worked properly.
